Is Of Counsel to the Law Offices of Mitchel S. Drantch. He’s a veteran trial lawyer and has handled a wide variety of cases during his career. After graduating cum laude from the John Marshall Law School in Chicago, David worked for several large, commercial law firms, handling a variety of litigation matters including personal injury claims. During this time, David worked almost exclusively for insurance companies and corporations, defending them against claims. However, in 2008, he realized his true passion was representation of individual people injured, damaged or defrauded by others. He then joined Bachus & Schanker LLC where he represented individuals in their battles against insurance companies. After becoming the managing partner of litigation, and overseeing 25 attorneys for a decade, David then started his own law firm, Krivit Law, in order to provide direct and personal legal representation for clients, in a small, dedicated law practice, without the bureaucracy and distractions of a large firm. His prior experience representing insurance companies, as well as his extensive trial work, makes him uniquely qualified to handle a wide variety of personal injury cases, focused on obtaining the best possible result for his clients.
